Returns and Refunds

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unworn or unused, in the condition received, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Email annsan.studio@gmail.com before sending a return. Once approved, we will provide instructions. The return center is RMA-38709, 1351 S Doubleday Ave, Ontario, CA 91761, United States. Do not send items without return authorization.

For a change-of-mind return, the buyer pays return shipping. If the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, we pay return shipping. Please contact us promptly with photos of the issue.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will tell you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days; your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.
